Price History
Price history is a time-series record of how a product's price has changed over time, used to identify seasonal patterns, discount cycles, and average selling prices.
A single price observation tells you what a competitor charges today. Price history tells you what they charged for the past 90 days — including every discount, promotion, and revert to full price. This longitudinal view reveals patterns that a point-in-time check cannot: does this competitor discount heavily before Prime Day? Do they raise prices in Q4? What's their average discount depth?
Price history is particularly valuable for forecasting. Brands that know a competitor typically runs a 30% sitewide sale in the first week of November can plan their own promotional calendar and inventory positioning proactively.
GetStoreIntel stores 90 days of price history for every tracked product SKU, visualized as interactive charts in the dashboard.
